The base fee for a business to join is $180.00.  Also available to non-business people who would like to support the Chamber and have the opportunity to attend our "Business After Hours" events are our Associate Membererships which are $75.00/individual or $100.00/couple.

Sign Up For Your MemberSite Expanded Business Listing!

Your MemberSite is an expanded business listing that includes two pages of information and graphics, a business contacts list page, and a business calendar to advertise your business events. These pages are controlled by you, the Chamber member, and can be changed or edited by you at any time. As a member of the Chamber you can sign up for your expanded business listing to connect you directly to other businesses in the community. Your MemberSite will be linked directly from your business listing on the Chamber website as part of an annual subscription. Your MemberSite gives you total control of your business listing with a host of features designed to foster better business, increase awareness, and make you easy to find. Take advantage of this fantastic marketing and networking tool. It's like having a full two-page full color ad plus an events calendar for an entire year that you can change any time you want!

There are a number of great features found only on your MemberSite expanded business listing. When visitors see your listing on the Chamber website they will see a Business Listing containing your business name, address and phone number. When your MemberSite subscription is activated and published to the Chamber website your Business Listing will display a "Business Details" button. This button will link directly to your expanded business listing which will have four pages.

  • Your Business Details page and the More Details page will include user changeable text and graphics, and will include links to email, your website (if you already have one), and a Map page for directions to your business.

  • Your Member Calendar page will show a calendar with events and important dates throughout the year clearly listed. Each Calendar event that you enter will automatically be linked to an Event Detail page with more information, directions and details about that event. At the top of the Calendar is a list of "Today's Events" which will be displayed if there are events on that day.

  • Additionally, we have created a Business Contacts page to show a list of business contacts and phone numbers of Chamber members. This will make it easier for you and others to find and connect to other businesses in the area.


The best features of your expanded business listing are found in the MemberSite Administration software. Once you login as a user you will be taken to the MemberSite Administration page. From there you can choose to edit your personal and business information (visible in the contact list and business listing), edit the text and images on both of your your Business Details pages, and enter events into your Personal Calendar. You can edit and modify the text and graphics on your Business Details pages any time you wish. You can advertise sales, upload photos, change a menu or product description, and create a link to your own website if you already have one. You will have a business calendar (visible to the public) to announce events of interest to your customers. You will be able to enter directions to your business and event, enter web links, contact info and link this all to the calendar. A searchable list of business contacts will be available to foster business-to-business communications and transactions. Also, as administrator of your MemberSite you will have the means to turn your Business Details button on or off easily if you wish.

The best thing of all is that when someone from outside the community is looking for a business or service, or wants to visit the area, this is the first and best resource for them to be able to find exactly what they need. This is because this site is specific to our area, our community, and contains only the member businesses in the Business Listing. Also, this website site has been optimized to be better positioned when found by search engines on the web, and is designed and focused on being user-friendly in helping people look for information about the Cashiers area.

All of these features and more are available on your MemberSite expanded business listing only as a Chamber member. For less than the cost of the price of a single small ad placed one time in a magazine or newspaper, your MemberSite subscription will enable you to use the MemberSite for a full year and use it as you wish. No HTML or programming is required. You will not have to worry about software upgrades or website maintenance. We take care of that for you. As we upgrade the system with new features, you will receive these automatically as they are released.
